Lucien Byfieldt is an Australian artist, who after visiting the UK in 2011, got inspired to record again, after many unreleased recordings since LOOSH. The resulting album, NO REGRETS, is a solo rootsy acoustic album using loops, bass, acoustic guitars and one vocal only, to create a similar sound to a solo live performance. Although acoustic entirely, this album still slams hard with rock, pop and blues numbers as well as a couple of touching ballads, and even a humourous almost Reggae style song. Lucien has been heavily influenced by Muse, Foo Fighters, Diesel, and King's X to name a few. With a strong rock feel, Lucien makes acoustic music big and brash, but also shows other sides to his playing and voice, touching on folk, blues and soul, and its all captured here on NO REGRETS.
